All the apartments at BA Rent Apart are completely furnished and equipped as indicated in each apartment profile. Most of the apartments can be booked for a minimum stay of 1 week.

Booking can be made made through the available web forms. Reservations will be confirmed within the next 2 business days, after the payment of 20% of the total stay. Bookings will be accepted only from persons aged 21 or older. In the event that a guest had to cancel the reservation already made, any money that was paid will not be refundable, unless the cancellation takes place 30 days in advance. In that case an 80% of the amount paid for the reservation will be returned, All money transfer fees that may arise will be duducted before the refoud is made.

Check in time is 2:00 PM and Check out 10:00 AM. In the event that a guest arrives before Check in time, if the property is vacated, the guest will be allowed to occupy it without paying an additional fee. Otherwise, the guest will have to wait until the scheduled time for check in.

The guest will be greeted in the rented apartment at the scheduled time by the owner of the property. The contract of the rented apartment and the attached inventory will be signed off. After paying the rest of the stay and the corresponding guarantee deposit, the guest will received the keys of the apartment and any relevant information about the property.

48 hours before the leaving date, the guest will have to contact the apartment’s owner to arrange the date and time for delivery of the apartment. At the scheduled date, the guest will return the keys and will receive the guarantee deposit, after checking the corresponding inventory and general state of the apartment. In the event of any missing objects or damages to the property, the expenses will be deducted of the guarantee deposit.

Temporary rent contracts can not be deferred. If a guest wishes to extend the stay beyond the scheduled date, he/she must have to contact the property’s owner with the necessary anticipation to confirm availability. Any amounts paid for rent are not refundable. If a guest wishes to shorten his stay, any payment already made will not be refunded.

In most cases, the maid service is included in the rent rate, usually scheduled for the middle of the stay or as indicated in each case. This service does not release the guest of the obligation to leave the apartment in the same conditions and hygiene in which it was received.
